| New Consul General Arrived in Cape Town |

Mr. Liang Shugen, the new Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Cape Town, arrived in Cape Town on 16 June 2012 to assume the post vacated by former Consul General Mr. Hao Guangfeng.
Mr. Liang is accompanied by his wife Mm. Ma Shu.
