Everything is Easy Online Go to www.cantonfair.org.cn/en/ now and use User Name and password of your company to log in the Canton Fair E-invitation Platform, you can: l Print your E-invitation, 9 versions of different languages are available. l Enjoy pre-registration for entry badge and VIP card, saving your time on the spot and your entry cost. l Update your company's contact information, to receive news from the Fair. l Leave your comments and suggestions. The User Name and Password of your company can be obtained online, while regular buyers may also find them in the e-mail, invitation or notice sent by the Fair. Apply for Invitation Please apply for invitation through Canton Fair E-invitation Platform on website: http://www.cantonfair.org.cn/en/ Apply for Visa Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the invitation extended by the CECF. Please approach the Embassy of P.R.China with the Invitation to get the visa. Register Buyers can register for Buyer Cards in Registration Office in CECF (Pazhou) Complex, CECF (Liuhua) Complex and 19 hotels. Buyers, who visit the CECF (Pazhou) Complex, are suggested to register for Buyer Cards directly at the CECF (Pazhou) Complex. Buyers may also register for Buyer Cards at any Buyers' Registration Office of the appointed hotels: China Hotel, Dong Fand Hotel, Garden Hotel, White Swan Hotel, Guangdong International Hotel, Best Western GZ Baiyan Hotel, Hotel Landmark Canton, Guangzhou Hotel, Star Hotel, Guangdong Victory Hotel, Guanddong Hotel, New Mainland Hotel, Riverside Hotel, China Mayors' Tower, Ocean Hotel, Chime Long Hotel, Rosedale Hotel & Suites Guangzhou, Foshan Hotel, Dongguan Jia Hua Grand Hotel.
